Madrid

Capital of the Spain, located in the heart of the country, Madrid is the most populous city in the country with its 3 165 541 inhabitants.
It is a living and dynamic city, with a rich heritage and with a variety of activities. Madrid is to rank among the must-see destinations, at the cultural level.
The city is the economic, financial and administrative centre. It hosts the seat of Government, Parliament, ministries, institutions, as well as the official residence of the King of Spain.

Throughout the year, temperatures vary. The beginning of spring generally brings rain, with an average temperature of 18 ºC in April. In summer it's very hot (average 38ºC).
The madrilenian winters are cold and dry. Even if it is not usual, it can snow at the end of December and in January, the coldest month of the year with an average of 6ºC.
