Located between the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Montjuïc hill, Barcelona is a city culture, personality and strong traditions.
Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and has about 1 608 746 inhabitants. It is the second largest city in Spain after Madrid, and the eleventh of the European Union.
The city has hosted several international events, which contributed to the cosmopolitan city.
The city is moving constantly with its many bars, cafes, restaurants and nightclubs that help give her boundless energy.

Spring and autumn are the ideal seasons to enjoy the city in good conditions. From November to February the temperatures are cooler and oscillate around 14ºC. In winter, the average temperature is around 10/14 ºC.
July and August are usually the hottest months of the year in Barcelona. Average temperatures vary between 29 and 30ºC during the day.
